Step-by-Step Instructions for Moist Banana Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash 3-4 very ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth, leaving some small chunks for texture.
- Combine wet ingredients: Add 2 eggs, ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil, ¾ cup brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir until blended.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon salt, and if desired, ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
