- Blend cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.

- Stir in the maple syrup and fold in the frozen mixed berries gently.
- Allow the batter to rest for about 15 minutes.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup about three-fourths full, and bake for 20-23 minutes.
