Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until about ¼-inch thick and cut out two circles for each snowman.
  3. Assemble the snowmen by placing the larger circle for the body and the smaller one for the head, overlapping them.
  4. Spoon pizza sauce over each mini snowman, leaving the edges exposed.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce on both the body and head.
  6. Add decorations: place olives for eyes and buttons, and insert a carrot piece for the nose.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving with a side of marinara.
