Dough
  • 1 package Pizza Dough Homemade or store-bought
Sauce
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Or use pesto or white sauce
Toppings
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded or sliced
  • 1/2 cup Olives Finely chopped, black or green
  • 1 medium Carrot Sliced into triangles; bell peppers can be used

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick and cut two circles for the snowman.
  3. Arrange the larger circle for the body and the smaller circle as the head on the baking sheet.
  4. Spread pizza sauce generously over both dough shapes, leaving the edges uncovered.
  5. Add a thick layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  6. Decorate with olives for eyes and buttons, and use carrot pieces for the noses.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
