Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and plant milk until well blended.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently.
- Chop your chosen fruits and fold them into the mixture.
- Cook remaining chopped fruits with agar-agar and a splash of water until thick.
- Pour half of the dough into the prepared pan, then layer with fruit filling and top with remaining dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
