  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup Can substitute with cocoa powder mixed with sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Adjust to taste
For the Boozy Kick
  • 0.25 cup Kahlua Can omit for non-alcoholic version
  • 2 ounces Tequila Optional, can replace with more Kahlua
For the Finishing Touches
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Pure vanilla for best flavor

Method
 

Brew Coffee
  1. Combine ground coffee and ground cinnamon in your coffee filter basket. Pour water into your coffee maker and brew as usual.
Prepare Cream Mixture
  1. Whisk together milk, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, and brown sugar in a medium saucepan. Heat over low until simmering, about 5 minutes.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together brewed coffee, Kahlua, tequila, and vanilla extract until combined.
Serve Your Coffee
  1. Pour the mixture into cups, top with whipped cream, ground cinnamon, and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
