Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts Main protein source; juicy and tender
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Substitute with avocado oil for different flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Fresh garlic can be used for more intense flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano Fresh oregano can be substituted using three times the amount
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Substitute with smoked paprika for stronger flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Sea salt or kosher salt can be used
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground is preferable
For the Wraps
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas Can use spinach or gluten-free tortillas
  • 1 cup Hummus Any flavor of hummus may be used
For the Veggies
  • 2 cups Mixed greens (spinach & arugula) Can use kale for a heartier green
  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced Substitute with bell peppers for added sweetness
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved Substitute with diced regular tomatoes
  • 1/2 medium Red onion, thinly sliced Can use green onions for a milder flavor
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled Can replace with goat cheese or omit for dairy-free
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Lime juice can be used as an alternative

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat, approximately 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden-brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  5. Wash and slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds.
  7. Spread a layer of hummus on each tortilla and layer with mixed greens, sliced veggies, feta cheese, and chicken strips.
  8. Drizzle lemon juice, fold in the sides of the tortilla, and roll it tightly. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.
