Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add chicken tenders to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle olive oil into the skillet until shimmering.
  4. Place the marinated chicken tenders in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet and let rest for about 2 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
