- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add chicken tenders to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle olive oil into the skillet until shimmering.
- Place the marinated chicken tenders in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and let rest for about 2 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
