Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cream the Butters and Sugars in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Incorporate Egg and Vanilla into the mixture until well combined and creamy.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk together flour, cocoa powder, hot cocoa mix, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients by gradually mixing the dry into the wet until just combined.
  5. Chill the Dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
  6. Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  7. Bake the Cookies for 10 minutes, until slightly set but still soft in the center.
  8. Add the Marshmallow Surprise by pressing halved marshmallows into the center of each cookie and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
  9. Cool and Transfer the cookies to a wire rack after flattening the marshmallows with a spoon.
  10. Drizzle with Chocolate over the cooled cookies.
