- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.
- Spray your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cube the chicken and potatoes into 1-inch pieces and add to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil, melted butter, smoked paprika, garlic powder, crushed red chili flakes, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the oil mixture over the cubed chicken and potatoes and toss until well coated.
