Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.
  2. Spray your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cube the chicken and potatoes into 1-inch pieces and add to a mixing bowl.
  4. Whisk together olive oil, melted butter, smoked paprika, garlic powder, crushed red chili flakes, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the oil mixture over the cubed chicken and potatoes and toss until well coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 45-55 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
