Ingredients
  

For the Sangria
  • 1 bottle Dry Rosé Wine A floral and fruity base.
  • 1 cup Limoncello Liqueur Adds citrus sweetness.
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water/Club Soda Add just before serving.
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Always use fresh juice.
  • to taste Honey/Simple Syrup Sweeten to taste.
For the Fruits
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Sliced and some whole for garnish.
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Fresh Lemon Slices Thinly sliced.
  • 1 Fresh Orange Slices Thinly sliced.
For the Garnish
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Mint Leaves For garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, slice the strawberries and thinly cut lemon and orange.
  2. In a large pitcher, pour in the dry rosé wine, limoncello liqueur, and lemon juice. Add honey/simple syrup, stir well.
  3. Fold in sliced strawberries, lemon, orange, and fresh berries into the pitcher.
  4. Cover and refrigerate sangria for at least two hours or overnight.
  5. Add sparkling water before serving, pour over ice, and garnish with mint leaves.
