Method
 

Prepare the Gelatin

  2. Gently heat the mixture in the microwave for 15-20 seconds until fully dissolved, then set aside to cool slightly.
Mix Lemon Base

Combine Gelatin and Lemon Mixture

Whip the Cream
  1. In a separate mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
Fold in Cream
  1. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture using a spatula.
Chill the Mixture
  1. Transfer the mixture into serving bowls or a large dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Garnish and Serve
