  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon pie filling and the juice from your whole lemon, whisking until well blended.
  3. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Whisk in the milk, 1 cup of sugar, salt, baking powder, flour, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  4. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and spread the lemon filling along the bottom. Pour the batter over the filling without stirring.
