  1. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine 90 ml of milk, one egg, and 50g of melted butter. Whisk until fully blended.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate large bowl, whisk together 250g of all-purpose flour, 25g of sugar, and one packet of instant yeast.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Gradually pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, stirring to combine. Knead gently for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Let Dough Rise: Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1.5 to 2 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll Out Dough: Lightly flour your work surface and roll the dough to about ¼ inch thickness.
  6. Cut Out Donuts: Use a round cutter to cut out donuts from the rolled dough, transferring them to a lined baking pan.
  7. Prepare for Frying: Cut small squares of parchment paper and place each donut on a piece.
  8. Fry Donuts: Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer over medium heat to 350°F (175°C) and fry donuts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
