- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns horizontally while keeping them connected.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a greased baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly, then layer cheese on top.
- Melt butter and mix in optional parsley and poppy seeds. Brush mixture on top of the buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes, slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
