Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns horizontally while keeping them connected.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a greased baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly, then layer cheese on top.
  5. Melt butter and mix in optional parsley and poppy seeds. Brush mixture on top of the buns.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for a few minutes, slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
