Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish for assembly.
  2. Slice the slider buns horizontally as a single block. Arrange the bottom layer in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the lower half of the buns. Layer cheese on top.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese. Melt butter, mix with parsley and poppy seeds, and brush over the tops.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool slightly, then slice into individual servings and serve warm.
