- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish for assembly.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally as a single block. Arrange the bottom layer in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the lower half of the buns. Layer cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese. Melt butter, mix with parsley and poppy seeds, and brush over the tops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly, then slice into individual servings and serve warm.
