- In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt 6 tablespoons of salted butter with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Allow to foam gently for about 3 minutes.
- Add 10 minced cloves of garlic to the pan, stirring continuously for 3 to 5 minutes until fragrant and soft but not browned.
- Incorporate 1-2 tablespoons of Calabrian chili paste into the skillet and stir for an additional minute, then add half of your chopped cilantro.
- Season shrimp with salt, then place in the skillet in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 2 to 4 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Once cooked through, sprinkle remaining cilantro over the dish and serve immediately with crusty bread.
