Method
 

Making the Rolls
  1. Heat the whole milk to 120°F-130°F. Combine with sugar and yeast in a bowl; let sit until frothy.
  2. Mix in melted butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually stir in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  4. Cook the bacon until crispy. Allow to cool and chop into pieces. Mix cheeses, herbs, and part of the butter for filling.
  5. After rising, punch down dough, roll into a 20x20-inch square. Spread seasoned butter over, sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
  6. Roll into a log, cut into 12 pieces. Arrange in a lined dish and proof for 30-45 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix melted butter with pressed garlic and parsley. Brush over rolls right after baking.
