Step-by-Step Instructions for Neapolitan Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare three round cake pans.
  2. Grease or line the cake pans with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
