Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by rolling out your pizza dough to approximately 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface. Cut the dough into 3x3 inch squares.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese at the center of each square, then add a couple of pepperoni slices on top. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt.
  3. Fold each dough square over the filling to create a pocket and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Crimp edges with a fork.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil, place the pizza rolls in a single layer, and cook for 8–10 minutes.
