  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Essential for frying

  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika for deeper flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes Optional for heat
  • 1 tablespoon Flour For thickening
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Can substitute with vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Star ingredient for creaminess
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and keep it warm.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat, then sear the shrimp for 1–2 minutes on each side until cooked.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  4. If desired, sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of flour into the garlic mixture and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually whisk in 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy cream; simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Stir in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and the juice of 1/2 lemon, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  7. Return the seared shrimp to the skillet and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  8. Serve the creamy garlic shrimp over warm rice, garnish with parsley.
