- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Combine white cake mix, whole milk, melted butter, and egg whites in a large mixing bowl; mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare the cream filling by whisking evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and half and half together.
- Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the cream filling over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the soaked cake and garnish with fresh strawberries.
