- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine strawberry jello with boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Mix crushed pretzels and sugar in a bowl, pour in melted butter, and press into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden and cool completely.
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sugar, beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.
- Stir sliced strawberries into cooled jello, then pour over cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
- Serve chilled, sliced into squares or scooped into cups for presentation.
