Preparation Steps
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Cook until the mixture reaches a jam-like consistency, about 10 minutes.
- In a stand mixer bowl, whisk together flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine warm milk, egg, and softened butter, then gradually mix into dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until elastic and smooth. Cover and let it rise in a warm place until doubled, about 2 hours.
- Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Spread cooled strawberry filling over, roll tightly, and cut into equal pieces.
- Place the cut rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30-60 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F.
- Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
- Combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberry puree in a bowl. Beat until smooth. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls.

Notes
Ensure yeast is fresh and active for the best rise. Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.
