- Arrange a single layer of Saltine crackers on the lined baking sheet.
- Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until it boils, then simmer for 3 minutes.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the arranged crackers and bake for 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee and let them melt for 2-3 minutes.
