Step-by-Step Instructions for Pizza Chips
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease 16 muffin cups thoroughly with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Scoop 2 teaspoons of shredded low-moisture mozzarella into each greased muffin cup.
- Place 3 slices of mini pepperoni on top of the mozzarella in each muffin cup.
- Sprinkle some Italian seasoning or garlic powder over the pepperoni and cheese (optional).
- Bake for 8–9 minutes until the edges of the chips turn golden brown.
