  • 200 grams Assorted Meats (e.g., salami, prosciutto) Cut into pieces
  • 1 pack Candy Eyes Any variety will work
For the Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup Dipping Sauce (green dip) Crafted from cream cheese and food coloring

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to a low broil setting, approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the packaging from the string cheese and assorted meats. Slice the string cheese into thin strips lengthwise.
  3. Lay out the meats on the baking sheet, overlapping slightly for stability.
  4. Place the cheese strips over the meats, mimicking mummy bandages.
  5. Broil in the oven for about 1 minute until the cheese is slightly melted and golden.
  6. Let the mummies cool for a minute, then add candy eyes using a dab of green dip as glue.
  7. Mix cream cheese with green food coloring to create the dipping sauce.
  8. Arrange the charcuterie board on a platter, displaying the mummies and green dip.
