- In a medium saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low temperature, stirring continuously until the mixture is glossy and smooth, about 5–7 minutes.
- While the chocolate melts, prepare your baking pan by lining a rectangular 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Pour half of the luscious melted chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
- In a separate saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, fresh cream, egg yolks, and unsalted butter over low heat. Stir this mixture gently for about 10–12 minutes until it thickens nicely.
- Once the coconut-walnut filling is ready, evenly spread it over the first layer of chocolate in the baking pan. Then, pour the remaining melted chocolate mixture on top.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 3–4 hours or until the fudge is completely set.
