Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a half sheet pan.
  2. Beat together 1 cup of softened salted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add 1 egg, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon of almond extract; mix until fully combined.
  4. Gradually add 3 cups of all-purpose flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  5. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
  7. Combine 1½ cups of cold milk with a 3.9 oz package of instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk until thickened.
  8. Whip 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  9. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until just combined.
  10. Spread the creamy filling evenly over the cooled crust.
  11. Top with fresh fruits, arranging artistically.
  12. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
