Method
 

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, mash the fresh raspberries with a fork until they’re thoroughly smooth.
  2. Add in the maple syrup or honey along with the chia seeds. Stir the mixture well until everything is combined and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Using a 1/4 cup measuring scoop, portion the raspberry mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet; space the scoops about an inch apart.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for approximately 20 minutes, or until the raspberry bites are firm to the touch.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen raspberry bite into the melted chocolate, ensuring they're fully coated on all sides.
  7. Return the chocolate-coated bites to the freezer for about 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully hardened.
  8. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to four weeks.
