Making the Pizza
- Activate the yeast by combining warm water and sugar, then sprinkle in active dry yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil; combine until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise in a greased bowl for 1-1.5 hours.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix marinade ingredients and add chicken, coating well; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
