  • 3 cloves Garlic or garlic powder in a pinch
  • 2 pcs Red Chilies adjust for heat preference

  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil or omit

Method
 

Making the Pizza
  1. Activate the yeast by combining warm water and sugar, then sprinkle in active dry yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil; combine until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise in a greased bowl for 1-1.5 hours.
  4. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix marinade ingredients and add chicken, coating well; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until cooked through; set aside.
  6. Preheat the oven to 450°F, placing a pizza stone inside if using.
  7. Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface to desired thickness and transfer to a baking sheet.
  8. Spread chili garlic sauce over the dough, add mozzarella cheese and cooked chicken pieces.
  9. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  10. Garnish the baked pizza with cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
