Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Parmesan Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 cups of shredded cooked chicken along with 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked pasta, 2 cups of marinara sauce, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined, then gently fold in the sautéed chicken mixture.
  4. Pour the chicken and pasta mixture into the greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheeses.
