Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with poultry seasoning, add to the pan, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl. Slice the Italian loaf in half, spread garlic mixture over each half, and toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, pour in heavy cream, and add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted garlic bread, layer chicken slices, add remaining Alfredo sauce, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then slice into portions and enjoy.
