- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with poultry seasoning, add to the pan, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl. Slice the Italian loaf in half, spread garlic mixture over each half, and toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, pour in heavy cream, and add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted garlic bread, layer chicken slices, add remaining Alfredo sauce, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then slice into portions and enjoy.
