Preparation

  3. Cook the mixture over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, then add sliced apples and cook until just tender.
  4. Pour the cooked apple mixture into your greased baking pan, spreading evenly.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir in milk and melted butter.
