Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine strawberries, brown sugar, and orange zest. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Whisk together eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, condensed milk, whole milk, and heavy cream in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Break conchas into pieces and layer in the baking dish. Spoon macerated strawberries over them. Pour tres leches mixture on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream and remaining strawberries.
