- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak pieces for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced onion for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Gradually add truffle Gouda and mozzarella, stirring until melted. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Return steak to skillet and coat with sauce. Add cooked pasta and mix gently to ensure pasta is covered in sauce.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
