Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil. Sear chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip to sear the other side.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic to the skillet. Stir constantly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar into the skillet. Scrape up any brown bits and let the mixture bubble.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, ensuring it's submerged in sauce. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and let chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
