Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of elderberry syrup with 1/4 cup of water. Warm gently over low heat, stirring regularly for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Once warm, stir in 1/4 cup of raw honey or maple syrup using a whisk until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Slowly sprinkle in 3 tablespoons of gelatin powder while whisking continuously until fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the gummy mixture into silicone molds until about three-quarters full.
  5. Place filled molds in the refrigerator and chill for 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Once set, gently pop the gummies out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
