- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray the muffin tin with cooking oil.
- Mix Kodiak pancake mix, milk, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Fold in pre-cooked and crumbled sausage and shredded cheese into the batter.
- Fill each mini muffin cup about three-quarters full with the batter.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes until tops are golden brown.
- Cool muffins in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
