- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of applesauce, ½ cup of water, ¼ cup of oil or additional applesauce, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Whisk until blended.
