Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush corn flakes in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin or hands and set aside.
  2. Combine peanut butter and maple syrup (or honey) in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add crushed corn flakes and stir gently.
  3. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, transfer the mixture, and press it evenly into the pan. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  4. Remove the set mixture from the pan and cut into 12 bars.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each bar in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  7. Freeze the chocolate-coated bars for about 10 minutes until set.
