Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt. Stir until fully incorporated and there are no dry clumps. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Once soaked, gently fold in pumpkin puree into the oat mixture until well blended. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
  3. In serving bowls or jars, layer the pumpkin-infused oat mixture and top with chia seeds, crushed pumpkin spice cookies, and gummy worms.
  4. Cover the assembled bowls and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld the flavors.
  5. Serve after stirring the oats, adding more toppings if desired.
