- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt. Stir until fully incorporated and there are no dry clumps. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once soaked, gently fold in pumpkin puree into the oat mixture until well blended. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
- In serving bowls or jars, layer the pumpkin-infused oat mixture and top with chia seeds, crushed pumpkin spice cookies, and gummy worms.
- Cover the assembled bowls and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld the flavors.
- Serve after stirring the oats, adding more toppings if desired.
