  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Or tamari for gluten-free
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh juice preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar Or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak wooden skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Combine marinade ingredients in a zip-top bag, add steak, seal and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (450-500°F).
  4. Cut vegetables, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble kabobs with marinated steak and vegetables on soaked skewers.
  6. Grill kabobs for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness is achieved.
