Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Allow about 10 minutes to reach desired temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne until evenly coated.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove and let rest.
  4. In a bowl, combine thawed corn, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Layer sliced or mashed avocado in serving bowls, add shrimp, and top with corn salsa.
  7. Drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
