Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, salt, and pepper to the mixture, blending well.
  4. Gently fold in the frozen shredded hash browns, being careful not to mash them.
  5. Spread the hash brown mixture into the greased baking dish, smoothing out the top.
