Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix until there are no lumps.
- In a separate bowl, pour in 1 cup of warm water and 1/4 cup of olive oil. Mix gently.
- Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary into the batter and stir gently.
- Lightly grease a muffin tin and fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the batter.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the tops of each muffin cup.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer muffins to a wire rack.
