  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh is best
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Use cayenne for extra heat
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs Consider fresh herbs as a fragrant alternative
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish
Optional Additions
  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded, for topping
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Florets Low-carb potato substitute

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the potatoes with salt, black pepper, and paprika for about 15 minutes until golden and fork-tender.
  2. In the same skillet, season sirloin steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter, then sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Return crispy potatoes to the skillet, toss with steak and garlic, and heat through for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve hot.
