  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat shrimp dry with paper towels to remove moisture.
  2. In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Toss the shrimp in the garlic-Parmesan mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Spread shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for about 10 minutes until opaque and golden.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
