Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, and freshly grated Parmesan. Pour in the milk, then add chopped fresh parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Gently mix everything together until just combined.
  2. Transfer the meat mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape it freehand on a baking sheet into a compact loaf. Press down slightly to ensure even thickness and shape, aiming for a loaf about 2 inches high.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Once heated, place the shaped meatloaf in the middle of the oven and bake for 45–55 minutes, checking that the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. During the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the top of the meatloaf with garlic butter or marinara sauce for a flavorful glaze.
  5. Once baked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
