Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Cut chicken into uniform 3-inch pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning mixture. Toss well to coat.
  5. Thread chicken onto soaked skewers, packing pieces closely together.
Cooking
  1. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl with minced garlic. Stir in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F, cook skewers for 5 minutes, flip and baste with sauce, then cook for an additional 2 minutes. Flip again, baste, and cook for 5-6 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  3. Remove skewers, drizzle with remaining garlic butter sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
